As the Operations Administration Coordinator, you will support senior leaders and coordinate key administrative and operational activities. The role goes beyond diary management, with a focus on systems, communication, and projects that enable the business to operate effectively.
What you will be doing
Provide high-level support to senior leaders including diaries, travel, and documentation Coordinate across teams and maintain operational documentation Manage internal communications and SharePoint sites Coordinate meetings, projects, and events Manage expenses, fleet administration, and system access Ensure compliance with policies and OH&S requirements About you
You are a confident and organised administrator with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You communicate well, use Microsoft and SharePoint confidently, and are looking to build a long-term career.
