Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm / 9.00am - 6.30pm
Salary: $2580
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3-months contract
Job Description:
- Supporting the management of MarComms inventory, including stocktaking and upkeep of corporate collaterals and materials.
- Assisting with procurement and finance administration, such as preparing Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, and managing necessary documentation.
- Organizing and maintaining MarComms' digital filing systems, including SharePoint folders, templates, and trackers.
- Providing backend coordination support by monitoring contact centre escalations and routing matters to the appropriate parties.
- Ensuring smooth contact centre workflows by maintaining accurate staff movement and escalation information.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A-Level or Polytechnic Diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous, independent, and possess excellent coordination skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team player
