Job Description

-Responsibilities - Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.
- Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents.
- Closing out completed installations.
- Collecting deposits and final payments.
- Scheduling final measurements at time of sale. Qualifications - Customer service experience, required.
- Experience taking and directing incoming phone calls.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- High literacy/competency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
