About the role: Flogas is seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator who will work closely with internal departments and external parties to assist in processing of customer accounts. Working primarily as part of a busy Back Office customer service team, you will support our domestic, commercial and industrial customers. This will be a varied role to providing assistance to a dynamic and growing customer service and sales department. We are recruiting for both permanent and contract staff. Main areas of responsibilities Communicate and coordinate with colleagues across the business to offer the best-in-class service to our customers. Processing of customer accounts in a compliant, timely and professional manner. Ensure data is accurately captured for new and existing customer accounts.
