We're seeking a Operations Admin to join our Operations team at our Thame office.
The core function of this role is to deliver the operational requirements to ensure the app is full of vibrant content and that our retailers receive the best-in-class customer support.
Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
Hybrid working available
FTC - 3 months
Salary: 27,300 Pro - Rata
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that account tool-kits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standards and timescales.
To ensure that account equipment is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
Follow an audit/QC process on contracts/photographs and work complete
Ensure that working processes are documented
Participate in reviewing current working practices and procedures/ systems.
Represent operational team at Field Meetings as required.
