Job Summary: Operations Administrator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company fleet and operations team. Job Duties: Maintain master file of fleet activity (approximately 250 vehicles) by updating database of purchases, sales, trades, registrations, maintenance and inspections. Complete registrations, obtain and renew tags. Forecast, coordinate and track the maintenance of all vehicles. Monitor and provide monthly reports on performance, maintenance, usage, residual values, and fuel expenses by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends. Recommend new practices for the management of fleet. Assist in the processing and reporting of all accident claims involving the fleet. Monitor telematics services to ensure accurate GPS tracking and vehicle camera operation. Assist in the distribution and collection of fleet related traffic violations and tolls.
