Job Description:
  • Ensure that all Operational Calls/Email – both Inbound and Outbound are responded to and processed according to Paladin Security Policy and Procedure.
  • Monitor and generate team reports such as OSL (Open Shift Lists) and communicate them to internal management groups in a timely manner.
  • Support and assist Field Staffs’ requests such as booking off from assigned shifts, emergency calls, schedule updates, shift change/giveaway and other needs by adhering to company policy. 
  • Responsible for redirecting incoming calls or escalating them to respective supervisors/managers if required.
  • Perform various administrative duties on a routine basis, such as Open Shift Tags, Field Staff safety ins, daily update reports, and auditing inbound/outbound emails.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisors and managers.
