Job Description: Ensure that all Operational Calls/Email – both Inbound and Outbound are responded to and processed according to Paladin Security Policy and Procedure. Monitor and generate team reports such as OSL (Open Shift Lists) and communicate them to internal management groups in a timely manner. Support and assist Field Staffs’ requests such as booking off from assigned shifts, emergency calls, schedule updates, shift change/giveaway and other needs by adhering to company policy. Responsible for redirecting incoming calls or escalating them to respective supervisors/managers if required. Perform various administrative duties on a routine basis, such as Open Shift Tags, Field Staff safety ins, daily update reports, and auditing inbound/outbound emails. Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisors and managers.
