We're looking for a versatile and service‑minded Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to strengthen a small, friendly team. Your tasks will include:


  • Handling incoming customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and general support

  • Managing the full return process: arranging pick‑ups, receiving and checking returned items, issuing credit notes, and coordinating internal follow‑up

  • Preparing and organizing materials needed for external or internal activities
