Overview
The Operations Analyst – Hiring Project Coordinator supports the Engineering Operations Hiring Team by executing day-to-day operational activities that move hiring approval requests and related workflows forward. This role ensures data accuracy, documentation completeness, and timely communication in alignment with established hiring processes. The coordinator works under the direction of the Hiring Process Lead and partners closely with Engineering Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.
