We're looking for a B2B Operations Analyst to join our B2B – Retail team, a key role that sits at the center of operations, data, and cross-functional coordination.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth retailer onboarding, accurate reporting, and early risk detection, supporting leadership with insights that drive smarter decisions and operational excellence.
What you'll do
Coordinate and track end-to-end retailer onboarding and compliance
Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports
Analyze sales, activation, CTR, and kiosk/GMB trends
Detect risks early and provide actionable recommendations
Support governance, documentation accuracy, and SOP improvements
Work closely with Acquisitions, RSM, CTR, Sales Ops, and HQ teams
