The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly-driven Operations Analyst who’s not just analytical, but operationally obsessed. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes automations, is hands-on with ActiveCampaign (especially Automations), and has practical experience working with tools like Zapier and other automation platforms. Bonus points if you're excited about the future of AI and how it can reshape operations!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and optimize ActiveCampaign Automations to support marketing, sales, and customer success workflows.
• Create seamless integrations between tools and platforms using Zapier, APIs, and other automation systems.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas of improvement for operational efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, customer service) to understand workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Maintain and monitor key automations and operations dashboards to ensure high system reliability and data accuracy.
• Research and test new automation and AI-powered tools that can improve workflows and reduce manual efforts.
• Support strategic initiatives by turning raw data into actionable insights and clear process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business systems, or process automation.
• Proven experience in ActiveCampaign, specifically with advanced Automation flows.
• Proficient with Zapier, and a strong understanding of how to connect and automate tools.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a love for solving complex workflow puzzles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills — you can translate tech talk into actionable steps.
• Passionate about operational excellence and continuously optimizing how things work.
• Curious about AI tools and how they can augment operations and decision-making.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can own your domain.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Make/Integromat, HubSpot workflows, Airtable, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing copy and email marketing
• Worked in EdTech or the Career Bootcamp space in a prior role
• Exposure to APIs, webhook logic, or low-code platforms
• A systems-thinking mindset and a love for all things “process”
