Operations Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business/Operations Analyst. This is a Hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity and requires 3 days onsite. Compensation: $40.00 - 42.00 per hour, W2. Summary: In this role, you will support the Business Management function. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with knowledge of AP/AR/GL functions, who can track spending, prepare forecasting and what-if analysis/reports, and support financial planning and analysis activities. This position supports organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with data-driven decision-making to enhance operational performance.
