We are currently seeking a Operations Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

GTM Operations Analyst

Support our go to market & operations teams by driving operational excellence through managing sales processes, analyzing data, and ensuring seamless execution of account strategies. These insights and operational efficiency will directly impact the success of our sales initiatives and revenue growth.

Pipeline ManagementMaintain a pipeline to forecast revenue and staffing needs

  • Provide end-to-end support for a pipeline of multiple complex deals through qualification to origination to close.
  • Lead and manage the BU pipeline Meetings and facilitate forecasting.
  • Create dashboards, performance reports and develop actionable insights to guide sales and
  • GTM strategies.

  • Understand & facilitate deal governance, deal review, and sales reporting.
  • Project Administration/ Financial TrackingFacilitate the execution of projects through operational tasks and provide insights into the financial performance of accounts/ projects

  • Coordinate operations deliverables across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Assist in defining and documenting operational processes to enhance efficiency and alignment
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the scope, and outcomes.
  • Report on economic & financial performance, compare point of sale and delivered economic models
  • Manage WBS codes and assist with resource management.
  • Assist with invoice accuracy.
  • Research & Planning- Support building and communication account plans for growth

  • Create and build Account Plans with Go To Market Team.
  • Support GTM initiatives, including account prioritization, transitions, etc. Work cross functionally with Finance and Delivery Leads to align GTM strategy and execution.
  • Research industries and clients to support GTM initiatives.
  • Qualifications/ Skills:

  • 3+ years supporting complex, cross-domain solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Develop/ manage performance dashboards, forecast, pipeline analytics; refine sales operation processes, analyze sales data to identify trends, advanced proficiency with excel, power BI, analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert in Salesforce and have Sales Operations background and experience
  • Analytical mind frame with ability to internet datasets and provide actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, GTM Strategies,
  • Strong Presentation Skills, Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint Skills preferred
