Operations Analyst, Jia Philippines

Looking for an exciting role in fintech operations? Jia is seeking an Operations Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role offers exposure across all aspects of operations, partnerships, and product development, with opportunities to collaborate with our teams in Kenya and the Philippines. As an Operations Analyst , you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless service delivery for our SME clients. You’ll report directly to the Head of Operations and will be involved in multiple verticals, giving you hands-on experience across Jia’s ecosystem.
