About The Role: We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across shipment processing, coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Register import consoles and shipments in the Logistics Platform
• Process agent debit notes within the Logistics Platform
• Enter Shipping Line, Forwarder, and Co-loader invoices accurately into the system
• Follow up with Carriers and Co-loaders until Delivery Orders are received
• Send shipment manifests via the Logistics Platform and email for co-load LCL shipments
