Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategy and transformation projects across growth, operations, and performance improvement
  • Conduct market, financial, and business analysis to inform leadership decisions
  • Build clear, structured presentations and executive-ready materials
  • Support business case development and strategic recommendations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support execution of strategic initiatives
  • Track milestones, risks, and outcomes for assigned initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in top‑tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent strategy roles
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Clear, concise communication and structured thinking
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
