Job Description:

Payment Investigation & Helpdesk will partner with Correspondent Banking Clients as well as internal lines of businesses including Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Business Bank, Retail Bank, Wealth, Fraud, Sanctions, Global Anti-Money Laundering, and TRIMIS to ensure customer's money reaches its destination or helps retrieve funds if customer falls victim to fraud.
