The MDM & Business Data Quality Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, consistency and accuracy of master data across the enterprise. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution by managing the Master Data Management (MDM) tool and leading data quality initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units, data stewards and IT Teams to drive effective data governance and improve overall data quality.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Master Data Management (MDM) tool, including configuration, user access and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data quality requirements and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Monitor data quality metrics and lead initiatives to identify and resolve data quality issues impacting business processes
