Operations Analytics

Overview We're looking for a Operations Analytics professional to deliver high-impact insights that support end-to-end operations. This is a 100% remote role in Brazil. What You'll Do Analyze, understand, and quantify key operational efficiency metrics. Design, implement, and report on item-level data throughout receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows. Provide daily reporting and product-health measurements to support business decision-making. Communicate insights clearly and effectively to partner teams and leadership. Collaborate with operations analysts to optimize processes and uncover opportunities for growth. Minimum Requirements 5 years of analytics experience. Expert-level proficiency in SQL. 5 years working with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, etc. Strong ability to translate practical business problems into technical solutions.
