Responsibilities

  • Reception & Office Support: Manage front desk duties, answer calls, and handle administrative tasks including site paperwork and filing.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with ad hoc recruitment tasks, such as candidate coordination and documentation.
  • Orientation Coordination: Organise and facilitate new employee orientation sessions.
  • Mobilisation Assistance: Work closely with the Mobilisation Coordinator to prepare for upcoming jobs and project requirements.
  • Vehicle Cleaning & Management: Oversee cleaning, upkeep, and scheduling of company vehicle maintenance.
  • Site Gear Preparation: Ensure equipment and materials are prepared and available for upcoming projects.

About You

  • Kalgoorlie based or looking to relocate to Kalgoorlie.
  • Must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or site support (preferred but not essential).
