• Manage order fulfilment end-to-end

• Coordinate with sampling / production floor

• Handle CRM on WhatsApp & Instagram

• Work confidently on Shopify backend

• Oversee shipping & dispatch

• Track and manage inventory

• Keep the website updated & accurate


Detail-oriented. Proactive. Calm under pressure.

Fashion / D2C experience preferred.
