Operations and Logistics Associate – Sidekick

Base Pay Range

$1,500.00/yr – $1,800.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the process from placing the purchase order to on‑time delivery for 10–20 shipments/month.
  • Coordinate quickly with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve any shipping delays or issues.
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels across all branches to avoid stockouts.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies; implement automation solutions or process improvements.
  • Manage ERP tasks, including setting up purchase orders and branch transfers; organize invoices with 100% accuracy.
