KioSoft Technologies LLC (KioSoft) is a growing hardware/software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.
We are currently looking to hire an Operations and Maintenance Engineer for upcoming office in Mexico City. Our office is set to open by 2025!
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the company’s software products and servers in North America;
- Manage the operations, deployment, and maintenance of Linux systems;
- Analyze performance data and logs of Linux operating systems to drive system performance improvements;
- Conduct daily monitoring and data processing tasks for Linux operating systems;
- Handle emergency tasks outside of regular working hours on a rotational basis to ensure high system availability;
