Operations and maintenance Engineer-Solar

Job Summary:

1. A proven individual with experience in leading the operation and maintenance of a solar park of minimum 50 MW.
2. Proven leadership, problem-solving approach, and stakeholder management skills
3. In-depth knowledge of various modules and inverter types (string or Central inverter).

Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring, analyzing, finding gaps, prepare & execute actions plan to meet set business target. (LPF, PA, GA&PR) and maintain proper preventive maintenance schedules.
2. Timely closure of HSE / ESMS/ESMP / AHA audit and ATS points
3. RCA & CAPA & its implementation
4. Reporting and Investigation of all incidences in line with Incident Management Standard.
5. Real-time SCADA monitoring & fault analysis
6. Support in team coordination & troubleshooting
7. Daily documentation, logbooks & MIS reporting
8. O & M Cost optimization by identifying local quality vendors.
9. Supervision and restore any breakdowns with speed, less time and accuracy.
10. Maintaining list of plant related issues and taking up with engineering, contracts, customers etc.
11. Analytics of various plant performance parameters with respect to Plant design (PV syst).

Qualifications :

1. B.E or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / EEE. (Additional preference to Electrical Supervisory License holder)
2. 3-5 years of total experience; minimum 3 years in Solar O&M
3. Worked on 33kV SS and transmission lines including trouble shooting preferred.

Working conditions :

1. The work location is near Gujarat.

Compensation and Benefits :

1. Salary Budget : 22,000 - 27,000 in hand

1. Reduce the overall cost of O&M under contract, spares and services.
2. Constant monitoring of the sites and taking preventive measures to avoid loss of spares or equipment.
