Operations and MIS Executive

Seeking a Dynamic Operations Candidate for a Tech Platform in Mumbai!

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage Requests: Handle incoming client requests via email, calls, and other communication channels.

● Work with the operations team to contribute to day-to-day operations and oversee the workflow

● Understand user challenges, gain insights, and suggest product and operational process improvements

● Share MIS reports daily

Job Requirements

● 1 - 6 years of experience in operations, preferably with a B2B startup(Legal, Banking, Insurance, Finance industries preferred)

● Data-oriented: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret data effectively.

● Well-versed in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and coordination via calls

● Good communication and interpersonal skills
