Job Description
Serve as primary contact for operational inquiries, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
Monitor daily open orders and backorders, proactively identifying potential shortages and proposing alternatives.
Coordinate and track shipments, working closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage operational complaints related to transport, packaging, or preparation issues, ensuring resolution and continuous improvement.
Support logistics and operations reporting, tenders, and contract preparation.
Participate in IT and process improvement projects to optimize customer service and operational efficiency.
