Job Description

Duties:

Procurement & Inventory Support
– raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies
– communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery accuracy
– monitor stock levels and alert relevant teams to potential shortages or delays

Logistics & Transport Booking
– schedule collections and deliveries with logistics providers
– prepare delivery documentation (packing lists, labels, shipping notes) as required
– track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries to customers and distribution partners

Product Setup & Data Management
– create and maintain product records in ERP or inventory systems
– input product specifications, pricing, and categorisation details accurately
– support updates to product catalogues, BOMs (bills of materials), and system data as needed
