Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project role. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to support customer service, facilities booking management and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Management

· Conduct routine daily/weekly check of all facilities, including air-conditioning/fans systems, door security systems, lightings, flooring, doors and windows etc

· Maintain cleanliness and smooth operations of the facilities and report faults or issues to contractors

Facilities Booking Management and Usage

· Manage facility usage through online booking systems and manual bookings

· Ensure facilities are properly set up and ready for use prior to each booking session

Maintenance and Delivery

· Report faults or issues to the relevant stakeholders and contractors

Requirementl

· Minum GCE N or O Level qualification
