Job Description

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a leading provider of on-site healthcare and emergency services, is looking for an Operations Assistant based in the Southern Suburbs of Athens.

As an Operations Assistant, you will be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments, external partners, and field teams. You will contribute to the efficient execution of operational activities, provide essential operational support, and help ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the operational link between Accounting, Business Development, and General Management, facilitating efficient information flow and supporting effective decision-making
  • Maintain excellent communication with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration and prompt issue resolution
  • Organize schedules, manage shifts, and allocate personnel to meet operational demands
  • Coordinate and oversee medical transfers and event coverages, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in addressing unexpected challenges, identifying and implementing alternative solutions effectively
  • Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting of all operational activities
  • Foster positive relationships with all teams, promoting collaboration, clarity, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 2 years of experience in operations, office management or relevant administrative roles, preferably in services
  • Excellent command of English language (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic multitasking and prioritization capabilities
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and composure under pressure
