Job Description:

  • The Operations Assistant supports day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations by ensuring efficient production flow, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, assisting with line operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Attend team meetings and ensure effective transfer of key information between shifts.

  • Clean and sanitize equipment throughout the packaging and processing areas.

  • Hand stack all bag sizes as required.

  • Assist technicians with preparation and execution of line changeovers, including primary and ancillary equipment.

  • Conduct product sampling and quality checks in a timely and effective manner.
