Operations Assistant, Cusco

As the Operations Assistant, ensure our travelers' have the trip of a lifetime in Peru You will be responsible for the administration and smooth operation of trips, including updating operational documents (emergency contacts, directories, tour leader and supplier information) and managing feedback mailboxes. Additionally, the Operations Assistant will provide support to passengers in the event of a medical emergency in Cusco.

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator for Cusco, you will collaborate closely with your own department as well as other teams such as Reservations and Finance to help Intrepid achieve its company goals.

This is a full-time position, operating out of our office in Cusco, Peru on a fixed term basis.
