Operations Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated youngster to join our gifting operations team. The selected candidate will work closely with vendors, assist in discovering new products, support community engagement efforts, and help execute operational and logistical aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discover and onboard new product vendors, with a focus on women-led and artisan enterprises.

- Maintain and grow our network of women entrepreneurs and suppliers.

- Coordinate with vendors for samples, quotations, and order fulfillment.

- Support daily operations including inventory management, packaging, and dispatch.

- Assist in executing bulk gifting orders and ensure timely logistics and delivery coordination.

- Keep track of vendor records, pricing data, and procurement documentation.
