Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager

Account: Insurance

Salary: up to 65K (please endorse even if 70-75K)

Work location/Set up: Onsite at Alabang

Shift Schedule: GY

SD: 13-Feb

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • 1–2 years of pure insurance experience in Property & Casualty -Life & Annuities, including billing, account management, or policy servicing
  • Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Must have prior BPO experience.
