Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager

Salary: up to 65K (please endorse even if 70-75K)
Work location/Set up: Onsite at Alabang
Shift Schedule: GY

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- 1–2 years of pure insurance experience in Property & Casualty -Life & Annuities, including billing, account management, or policy servicing
- Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Must have prior BPO experience.
