Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager

Location: Alabang

Shift: GY Shift | Full Onsite

Must have / Non-negotiables

  • 2 years of pure INSURANCE EXPERIENCE (billing, account management, or policy servicing).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role/supervisory

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Amenable to start on February 13th.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
