Position Summary
Fedcap NYC provides programs and services that change the lives of marginalized people facing barriers to economic and social well-being. Our Transition Planning & Transportation program (TPT) provides comprehensive, culturally competent services to individuals detained in city jails and supports their successful reentry into the community. As Operations Assistant, you will be a core member of the Fedcap TPT team, responsible for providing administrative support services for staff and participants of Jail-Based services.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Operations & Program Support
+ Provide participant reception services, greet participants, and answer and direct phone calls from the hotline.
+ Ensures Workshop Facilitators have the supplies necessary for the workshop space
+ Print reports and review for errors and inconsistencies
+ Tracks invoices for the program
