Job Summary
Provide comprehensive support to the Operations department – by coordinating and executing a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures effective control, strategic planning, and seamless organization within the department, contributing to the department's overall efficiency and success.
Responsibilities
New Site Startups
  • Ensure equipment availability, order new equipment, and arrange delivery to sites as per signed site costing. Communicate with Contract manager
  • Setting up of system configurations for collections to take place
Consumable / PPE Stock Management
  • Ensure effective communication with the procurement department
  • Responsible for stock level management, record keeping, replenishment orders and issuing of consumables and PPE
