Role Overview

The Operations Assistant will provide direct support to the Directors of Bell Immersive Technologies. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Directors, including managing reports, diary management, and general executive administrative assistance. This role combines executive assistance, sales enablement, and project coordination - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Directors calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and executive correspondence.
  • Assist in creating and posting content on LinkedIn to enhance company visibility and engagement.
