Wolf Mentoring aims to help senior leaders in IT and Tech space find and land executive-level (director, VP, C-level) opportunities in the US. We’re a small, bootstrapped, profitable company, and at a cusp of scale.
We create compelling and targeted branding for our clients and coach them on navigating and networking in the complex job market.
How do we do it? Well, 4 things:
High Conversions: We make sure that when our client applies for a job that fits them, they get a call for an interview instead of getting their resume tossed in the reject pile by recruiters.
This means that:
We find fitting roles for our clients across the internet
Research to find the hiring manager for that role
Build a compelling resume and outreach tailored to that role
Attracting Recruiters: We build attractive branding (LinkedIn profiles) for our clients so the recruiters come to them with suitable job openings.
Networking: We coach our clients on how to network with recruiters and other leaders in their industry so that they can generate job opportunities from their network.
Accountability: The job search is a process with lots of moving parts. To succeed in a job search, one needs to engage constantly in the process to find results fast. We constantly keep our clients engaged in the applications and networking so they get great results fast.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our internal operations and execution workflows. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work and can consistently follow through on tasks with accuracy and discipline.
You will primarily be responsible for assisting with the execution of client job applications on various job portals, along with other operational and administrative responsibilities across the team. The role will require strong attention to detail, comfort with using digital tools, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit job applications on behalf of clients across job boards and portals.
Follow internal guidelines to ensure application accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the delivery teams to process, extract, and organize key information.
Maintain records of applications and track activity across spreadsheets and internal tools.
Support in preparing basic reports or documentation as needed.
Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone reliable, consistent, and execution-oriented.
Comfortable performing repetitive or structured tasks with accuracy.
Proficient in using basic tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and web browsers.
Able to follow SOPs and take initiative when processes need refinement.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fast learner who’s open to supporting across teams and functions.
Basic comfort with digital tools; prior experience using job portals is a plus (not mandatory).
Additional Notes:
This is an execution-heavy role. If you're looking for dynamic, strategic work, this may not be the right fit.
Consistency is expected — once a schedule is agreed upon, sticking to it is important.
You may be required to support areas outside of the listed scope based on evolving team needs.
