Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised professional to support our Operations & Services Manager with day-to-day administration across the department.
Learn with SAT provides a range of online and in-person education services, such as top-up tuition for students attending schools, as well as Alternative Provision for children and young people under EOTAS (education other than at school) packages. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dedicated team helping young people thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- ·Acting as a friendly first point of contact, responding to enquiries from parents
- Managing and responding to referrals from Local Authorities
- Updating and maintaining website content to keep information current and accessible
- Organising and building individual tutee timetables, acting as a key link between parents and tutors
- Writing clear and meaningful One Page Profiles for young people
