Summary
As part of the Line Operations
team, you play an essential part in assisting the operations
managers to manage the vessels voyages. This includes stowage
optimization, managing bunker consumption and ensuring vessels
punctuality.
We are looking for a team-player, with critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor,
update and maintain the in-house vessel schedule management system,
including daily position, phase in/out, special event, route creation - Ship
planning duties, such as handling requests for changes of destination,
loading of dangerous goods, out of gauge cargos and empty containers on
partners vessels; - Ensure the accuracy of data and information prior communicating to various stakeholders
- Promptly communicate to stakeholders on latest voyage changes
- Assist in weekly report preparation
