BOTIKANG PINOY is seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to assist in the processing of company and branch licenses and provide general operational support to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor applications and renewals for business permits, FDA, DOH, and other regulatory licenses.
  • Coordinate with government offices and agencies to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update records of licenses, permits, and related compliance documents.
  • Assist in other operational activities such as documentation, coordination with branches, and logistical support.
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide support to the Operations Department as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any business-related course or a degree in pharmacy is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
