As an Operations Associate, you’ll help keep our BDR (Business Development Representative) teams and clients running at full speed. You’ll handle onboarding for new clients and BDRs, set up tools and systems, and ensure every campaign launches smoothly.
This role combines client-facing onboarding with hands-on backend operations — perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident working with both people and processes.
