Operations Associate| Boutique Wealth Management Firm| Mill Valley| Hybrid | $80-140k base, depending on experience + bonus
Our client is a boutique wealth management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families and private foundations. The team operates in a highly collaborative, high-integrity environment and is known for delivering exceptional service to a select client base.
This role offers the chance to join a close-knit team and gain hands-on exposure to sophisticated wealth management operations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, have real ownership of your work, and be part of a growing firm that values balance, flexibility, and quality.
Responsibilities
+ Execute trades across custodian and trading platforms and resolve settlement issues
+ Maintain and reconcile portfolio, transaction, and cost basis data across systems
+ Support account setup, data feeds, and reporting platform accuracy
+ Prepare and distribute quarterly client performance reports
+ Provide operational support to advisors and assist with ad hoc projects
+ Help improve and streamline operational processes

Requirements
+ 2–8+ years of experience in wealth management ideally with Ultra-High-Net-Worth client base.
+ MUST have recent Wealth Management experience. No exceptions.
+ Experience with custodians such as Schwab Advisor Center (preferred)
+ Familiarity with CRM or portfolio reporting tools (e.g., Wealthbox, Black Diamond) (preferred)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Clear, professional communication skills
+ High integrity and a service-oriented mindset
