Responsibilities:








 Plan and execute lead generation projects through social media activities,

email campaigns, and other channels. 



 Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring

effective completion of all phases.



  Deliver results by achieving key metrics associated with assigned tasks. 



 Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize

processes, including billing and hiring. 



 Maintain trackers for ongoing projects to monitor the progress and present

updates during weekly meetings. 



 Collaborate with the team to ensure content and creative designs meet

business requirements. 



 Manage the complete monthly payout process for coaches, including

coordination and finalization. 



 Efficiently resolve customer support tickets within agreed-upon

timeframes.








 Handle various day-to-day business operations tasks to ensure smooth

functioning.








Preferred Qualifications:










 Graduation/Diploma or relevant experience 



 Teamwork, High Ownership, Hard Working, Integrity and Empathy 



 Good with MS Suite - Excel, PPT, Project Management, Cross Functional working

exp, Multi Tasking, Task Management.
