Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Associate – HR Operations to manage core HR activities including compliance, attendance, vendor coordination, data management, and support in audits and employee engagement. The role demands accuracy, accountability, and the ability to function as both a maker and checker in operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attendance & Workforce Management
  • Monitor and manage attendance for on-roll and off-roll employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors for accurate data inputs.
  • Reconcile attendance records with wage sheets and payroll systems.
  • Wage Sheet & Invoice Verification
  • Review and validate wage sheets and third-party invoices.
  • Act as a maker and checker to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
