Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day order processing
  • Maintain and update daily operational reports
  • Coordinate with logistic partners for timely pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor deliveries and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the core team to support and improve operational efficiency
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
