Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with converted leads, provide guidance on the portal, and facilitate pending payment collection
  • Onboard students onto the portal, offering continuous support throughout their journey
  • Foster strong relationships with students by addressing their queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to obtain and manage the database of converted leads
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and other essential tools for seamless operations
  • Communicate with customers through phone and email to ensure a smooth experience
  • Drive sales conversions to support business growth and revenue objectives
  • Optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
