The Operations Associate Leadership Program (OA) is an 18 month rotational, individualized functional and leadership training program that includes structured learning, special projects, multi-level feedback, and professional assessment. You will rotate and work 1:1 with each community department, including health services,  resident life, dining services, sales and communications, finance, human resources, and general services.
