Roles and Responsibilities:

Finance

• Manage AR/AP support and client invoicing in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Track invoice status and follow up to ensure timely payments
• Assist with basic financial organization and recordkeeping

Logistics

• Coordinate freight and shipping logistics for laser and production equipment
• Track deliveries, returns, and shipping timelines to support live events
