Job Title: Operations Associate / Specialized Office Clerk 
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: + Months


Daily Responsibilities:
  • Log into the system and review processing queues. There are main queues. 
  • Expectation would be to begin with the oldest in the queue and process each task. 
  • These would be things like contributions, transfers, withdrawals etc.


  • Must Have Skills:
  • Financial knowledge like account types, RRSP, RIF, non-registered, TFSA, FHSA etc
  • Excel. Broadridge. Others are proprietary
